My order

  1. How can I check the status of my order?
    The order confirmation will be sent by e-mail to your e-mail address. If all the data you entered is correct, you will receive an e-mail with the second communication as soon as the order will be shipped with a tracking number.
  2. Are all the products ready for delivery?
    Yes they are.
  3. How can I cancel my order?
    You can contact us to communicate the order number and your email address.


  1. Are shipments to Italy always free?
    Yes. Except smaller islands and remote areasv.
  2. What happens If the goods arrive with damaged packaging?
    To protect your purchase, double check if there are any damage to the packaging, and then, if you feel like, write on the delivery receipt "with reservation" justifying the cause (for example, if the packaging appears to be damaged or wet).


  1. How can I pay?
    We accept all forms of payment:
    • Cash on delivery (upon delivery in cash to the courier)
    • Payment by Credit Card via Paypal
    • Payment by Paypal
    • Bank transfer in advance
  2. Are there any risks by paying with a credit card?
    Absolutely not. The data of the credit card are encrypted during transmission and are directly managed by the bank: we do not see them and they are not stored anywhere.
  3. Are there any fees for online transactions?
    No, there are not fees.


  1. What if I need the invoice?
    You can ask the invoice only if you registered like a company. In other case you can only ask a receipt of payment.
