How does it work
All products sold by VERDEGARDEN are covered by the manufacturer's standard WARRANTY and by a two-year warranty for non-conformity defect, according to DL 24/02. In order to have the right of warranty, the customer must keep the invoice he received by e-mail in PDF format.
With the acceptance of the purchase contract, the customer take note of the assistance procedures in effect at the time of appeal in Care Warranty.
The manufacturer's standard-warranty is delivered with documents inside the product packaging. In case of Assistance, if the Authorized Service Center verifies that the failure is not covered by the manufacturer's standard-warranty, the customer must support the charges that could result from the Service Center's by checking and setups the item as well as the freight charges supported by Verdegarden.
The Two-Years-Warranty, according to DL 24/02, is valid for products which turn out to be non-conformity, providing the correct handling and application of the product according to the enclosed technical documentations. This WARRANTY is reserved for private customers (physical person that do not buy for his professional activity, that means that he does not mention a VAT Number on his order). In case of a non-conformity defect VERDEGARDEN will provide to repair or replace the item or reduce the price or, even, cancel the contract. If, for any reason, Verdegarden should not be able to repair or replace the product under warranty, the company may, at own's discretion, issue a voucher of the same amount to use within 12 months choosing among our products on the website www.verdegarden.eu.
In case of Assistance, if the Authorized Service Center verifies that the failure is not covered by the manufacturer's standard-warranty, the customer must support the possible charges that result from the Service Center's by checking and setups as well as the freight charges supported by Verdegarden.
No damage can be obtained from VERDEGARDEN for any delays in repairs or replacements CARRIED OUT BY SERVECE CENTERS CHOSEN BY THE CUSTOMER.
In cases where the application of the warranty provides for the return of the defective item, the product must be returned by the customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including wrap and any documentations and accessories (such as instruction booklet, cables etc.) In order to avoid damages on the original packaging it is recommended to put all into a larger box; please don't put any labels or scotch tapes on the original packaging.
The sales contract between the customer and VERDEGARDEN is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian Law. For civil and criminal dispute resolution after the conclusion of the distant selling contract, the competent forum is the customer's residence if he is a consumer; for all other cases the competent forum is exclusively Rome.
