Shipping and delivery
In the detail page of each product is always indicated the availability.
There are different levels of availability:
Available in stock: the item can be ordered immediately and delivered within 3 working days.
Available in peripheral stock: the item can be ordered immediately and delivered within 5-10 working days.
Not available: the item is at the moment out of stock. Please contact us for more information about availability.
When you visit our catalogue you will find the previous delivery time of each item.
How estimate the delivery time?
A part from the availability it must be considered also the due time to process an order. All the orders with online payments (credit card or PayPal) have the shortest delivery time.
Payment methods and delivery methods may vary the delivery time.
For example, a payment method, like bank transfer, may postpone the delivery time. In that case, the order will be processed once the crediting is confirmed by our bank.
Most of the Italian places will be delivered within 1/2 working days.
Once you confirm your order, choose the payment and the delivery method VERDEGARDEN will process your order and hands over the material to the carrier, for shipment at your home or at the address you mentioned on the order.
On the Italian ground and the main Islands (Sicily and Sardinia) the shipping cost is always free.
Outside of Italy the shipping cost will automatically calculated by the system when you order.
Receipt of your purchases
At each moment you can check the state of your order just with a click on section Order Status on the website verdegarden.eu.
Some few tips when you receive a delivery:
Check the quantity of parcels with the quantity indicated on the shipping documents
Check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strip
If possible, unpack the product immediately and make sure there is no damage
If the packaging has been visibly altered or tempered with, you must immediately dispute the shipping and/or the delivery writing on the shipping documents of the carrier: "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION FOR GOODS..." (and mention the reason)
